It is a specially designed laboratory for performing tests at the interface between laboratory tests and large-scale fire tests. A "fireproof" space (2.7 x 2.7 m) is built in the laboratory, separately ventilated above the roof of the building. It is possible to measure the parameters accompanying a fire with low heat output, to test selected fire safety equipment, including a sprinkler SHZ in the conditions of a real fire.

It is used to perform experimental fi re tests. It is a closed room with a square fl oor plan measuring 2,7 m and a clear height of 3,15 m separately ventilated to the roof of the building. Due to its dimensions, the test room represents a medium-sized space intended for performing experimental fi re tests. The variability of experimental procedures is diverse, from recording the development of combustion of individual types of combustible materials, to verifying selected properties of building structures.
